Liquid Filling Machine
At Strongholdpackaging, we offer a wide range of liquid filling services for the food and beverage industry. We offer liquid filling for non-food and industrial products too but these are filled and handled in a separate facility with dedicated equipment. Not to worry, there is no cross contamination between our food and non food operations.
You have the choice: Whether you sell your product in PET bottles, wide mouth jars, or flexible pouches, ActionPak has the answer. We can handle all sized packages, from small to large volumes, in many different packaging styles.
Powder Filling Machine
At Strongholdpackaging, we offer a wide range of dry food or powder filling services for many industries: confectionary, nutraceutical, food, etc.

Industrial and Commercial Packaging
Our stock of packaging and supplies include do-it-yourself packaging kits, short run corrugated boxes, foam lined boxes, an all types of corrugated boxes or wood cleated plywood crates. Packaging concepts can be developed from scratch or designed from the artwork provided by you. Specific brand names or logos can be marked on custom packages by our pressure sensitive labeling and heat jetting process. In the past, we have developed packaging solutions for a range of commercial and industrial products including toys, pet products, displays, electronics, and tools.
Wooden Boxes & Crates
Contract Packaging Custom boxes and crates, made from a variety of woods as well as plywood, are available in a number of quantities, ranging from short run to high volume runs. All boxes conform to customer specified requirements. Additionally, fire retardant packaging is also available. The types of custom wooden boxes and crates we manufacture are vast and include specialized pallets, reusable containers, foam-lined boxes, corrugated boxes, and trade show boxes. In addition, pre-tested hazmat containers for the packaging and protection of hazardous goods are also available.
Private Label Packaging
Today many national brands, importers and retailers are turning to private label packaging as way to increase market share. These products are often positioned as lower cost alternatives providing consumers with more bang for their buck. Recently private label brands have also been presented as “premium” products to compete not just on price but also quality. Retailers have extended the concept of private labeling to store brands to build identity and consumer loyalties.
Packaging Design, Sourcing, Assembly
At Strongholdpackaging, we provide much more than just Contract Packaging services.We will size and create the die-line for your folding carton, label, litho boxes, film, bottles and more. As the customer, you will receive prototypes to approve the size and concept of the printed material you need. Once that is approved, an art file would be sent to your designer to insert the graphics. At the same time, we would follow the same process for any other packaging material you need designed and sourced.
Blister & Clamshell Packaging
Let Strongholdpackaging help you select and design the right type of blister pack for your unique situation.
The primary component of a blister pack is a cavity or pocket made from a formable web, usually a thermoformed plastic. This usually has a backing of paperboard or a lidding seal of aluminum foil or plastic. A blister that folds onto itself is often called a clamshell.
Blister packs are useful for protecting products against external factors, such as humidity and contamination for extended periods of time. Opaque blisters also protect light-sensitive products against UV rays.
Print Bindery Services
The core of the operation is our Polar guillotine cutters (45” and 59”). This allows us to accept most, if not all, sheet fed and web sheets from small or large commercial printers. We have 15 plus padding racks, and run 2 shifts which insures fast turnarounds. We inventory all types and sizes of chipboard backer material, kraft and white. In addition we can affix kleenstik tape and easel backers to pads as well.
Once pads are completed we can shrink-wrap them in various quantities in one our high speed shrink-wrapping lines. We offer fast quotes and competitive pricing as well.
Fulfillment Services
